Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bisyri.co and any services purchased from Bisyri. By placing an order or signing up for a service, you agree to these terms.

Bisyri is operated by Muhammad Bisyri as a sole trader. Questions: bisyriy@gmail.com

1. Services

Bisyri offers three service tiers:

Detailed scope for each package is described on the Pricing page. The scope described at the time of purchase applies to your order.

2. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Prices are in USD. Your bank or card provider may apply conversion fees — these are outside Bisyri's control.
For the Done For You subscription, the first payment is charged at checkout and subsequent payments are charged monthly on the same date.
Work begins after payment is confirmed and the onboarding questionnaire is completed.

3. Refund policy

7-Day Website and Growth: If you are not satisfied with the delivered work after the included revision round, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. No arguments. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Done For You: If the work completed in month 1 does not meet the agreed scope, Bisyri will either fix the issue or issue a partial refund for that month. Requests must be made within 14 days of month 1 delivery. Months 2 and 3 are non-refundable as they represent ongoing work already committed to.

Refunds are not available for completed months where the agreed work was delivered.

4. Done For You — cancellation

The Done For You subscription has a 3-month minimum commitment. The 3 months are required because the website build, SEO setup, and AI automation configuration all happen within this window.
After month 3, the subscription is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice sent to bisyriy@gmail.com.
Upon cancellation, you keep full ownership of everything built — the website, content, configurations, and any accounts created on your behalf.
Bisyri will not delete or modify your assets after cancellation.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, you agree to:

Complete the onboarding questionnaire promptly (within 5 business days of purchase)
Provide any required content, images, or brand assets within the agreed timeline
Provide timely feedback during revision rounds
Ensure you have the rights to use any content or images you supply

Delays caused by late client responses may push back the delivery date. The 7-day delivery window for the 7-Day Website begins when the questionnaire is received, not when payment is made.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own all work delivered — websites, copy, designs, and configurations.
Bisyri retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio (bisyri.co/work/) unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any third-party tools, plugins, or platforms used in your project are subject to their own licensing terms.

7. SEO and results

Search engine rankings are determined by Google and other search engines — they are not within Bisyri's control. Bisyri follows industry best practices for SEO/AEO and makes no guarantee of specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Past results on other projects do not guarantee future results on yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bisyri's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or any service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months. Bisyri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Changes to services or prices

Bisyri may change service offerings or pricing at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed or active Done For You subscriptions until the current term ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith first. If a formal resolution is required, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal proceedings.
